Open a questionnaire

Staff questionnaire workspace with section navigation and in-context field review controls. Open the case, select Forms, and choose the form you need to review. Use the form view to examine answers in context rather than relying only on the completion percentage.

Review answers before the next workflow

  1. Confirm that required identity, address, employment, and family information is complete for the relevant application.
  2. Review uploads and supporting answers against the case’s document requirements.
  3. Resolve inconsistent or unclear answers with the client before generating forms or starting autofill.
  4. Record follow-up work through the appropriate internal workflow.

Incomplete answers

Use the available incomplete-question view or progress indicators to find unanswered fields, but treat progress as a review aid rather than proof that the questionnaire is submission-ready. Conditional fields and application-specific validation can still require attention.

Troubleshooting

If the client cannot see or edit a questionnaire, check the client email, case status, invitation state, and family-member assignment before changing the form itself.
