Upload files inside a case

Open the case and select Files. Create folders for a document group before uploading, then use Upload File to add supporting documents to the selected location. Case file manager with a document folder

Keep files organized

  • Use folders for a clear document group, such as identity, financial evidence, or correspondence.
  • Give files names that make their purpose and version clear before sharing or generating documents.
  • Select only the files or folders you need before using Download All.
  • Use Shared links only for the specific documents a recipient should access.

Copy a case file set to a connected drive

When Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox is connected for the workspace, open the File Manager’s import menu and choose Copy all to the connected provider. VisaFlo copies the current case’s files in the background and shows progress while the job runs. Wait for the completion message before treating the drive as a complete copy. A job can finish with some failed files; review the result and retry only the missing material. This action copies files out of VisaFlo and does not remove the original case files.

Use files with questionnaires and AI Scanner

Questionnaire upload requests are separate from staff file organization. If a client cannot see an expected upload request, review the questionnaire configuration and their assigned forms. Use AI Scanner only with clear, relevant documents, then review the extracted questionnaire data before relying on it.

Troubleshooting

If an upload appears to be missing, refresh the case, confirm the active folder, and check whether another staff member moved the file. Do not create duplicate uploads before checking the existing file list.
