Agents
A new Agents page in the sidebar gathers work VisaFlo can do on its own. Each agent prepares the work and you approve it.- Review Agent reviews questionnaires every day and when a client submits, checks answers against uploaded documents, and drafts the email to your client. In its settings you can turn Automatic reviews and Review on client submit on or off, add Custom review instructions, and pick the Default draft language.
- Scan Agent reads a client’s WhatsApp and email and suggests questionnaire answers. Each suggestion shows where it came from, and nothing is filled in until you accept it.
- Expiry Agent tracks permit and passport expiry dates on your cases and drafts the reminder for you to review. Add document reads the date from a permit or passport.
Send agreements and forms for signature in one request
Send for signature sends a service agreement and IRCC forms together, with reminders until everyone signs. When the agreement is signed, the invoice can follow. Connect WhatsApp under Integrations to see each contact’s chats in a WhatsApp tab on the lead, client or case. It is read-only, so you can see what was said without leaving VisaFlo.Notifications

Each event type can have its own notification emails and booking questions. You can create a booking for a client with New booking, hide event types and share them by direct link, and keep intake answers and meeting notes on each booking. Create and track agreements from your own systems, and get webhook events when they are signed. Find it under Settings → API. Agreements API.Improved
- When clients submit, they get a confirmation email with a PDF copy of their answers, and you get one email with the PDF attached. Submitting with blanks asks the client why first, and an unchanged resubmit sends nothing.
- Mute submission emails for a case you are following with Turn off for this case, or for 7 or 3 days.
- The checklist templates page is easier to scan, with an AI check for each document and Sync with template for custom case types.
- Each case has a new forms home page.
- Settings are regrouped, and Autofill Settings now has its own page. The cases, leads and clients lists look and work the same way.
- New settings: Autofill signature and date, the case ID in file names, and case ID prefixes for custom case types.
- New Consultation Time field on leads. Lead and client records have a send email button.
- The Email tab loads from a synced copy of your mailbox, so it opens faster and shows new mail sooner.
- Questionnaires catch more answers IRCC would reject, including Express Entry PR, citizenship and history gaps.

- Your data is now stored in Canada. Existing file links keep working.
