Ask your dashboard a question
VisaFlo’s home screen is now an assistant you talk to. Ask about your cases, clients, and leads in plain language, have it draft an email, or attach a file and ask what is in it — instead of navigating to each record to piece the answer together yourself. Answers that draw on current information from the web include links to their sources so you can check them. When the assistant can act for you — writing a note, creating a task, sending an email, filing a document, or preparing a service agreement — it shows you exactly what it intends to do and waits for your approval. Nothing is written to a record until you approve it. The metric tiles and recent-activity lists you are used to have not gone away. They now live on the Overview page at my.vflo.app/overview, which answers “how is the firm doing” rather than “what needs me today”. Bookmark it if it is part of your daily routine — the sidebar now leads with the assistant. The assistant is included with AI plans. On other plans it stays visible so you can see what it does, and prompts you to upgrade when you try to use it.
Questionnaires in Vietnamese
Clients can now complete questionnaires in Vietnamese, alongside the languages VisaFlo already supported. Send an invitation.Pick a default questionnaire invitation email
Under Settings → Preferences, choose one of your firm’s saved email templates as the default for questionnaire invitations. Every invitation then opens pre-filled with that message instead of a blank one, and you can still edit it before sending. Send an invitation.Improved
- Express Entry profile questionnaires catch more problems before submission: a travel document with an expiry date in the past is rejected at entry, and family name is required.
- Express Entry Portal forms now translate with the rest of the questionnaire.
- Invoice payment links say when an existing link was reused rather than implying a new one was created, so the record matches what the client received.
- Client records that fail to load now show an explanation instead of an empty page.
- Loading states across the dashboard are steadier, including a single consistent spinner while the app starts.
