What Is Review Mode?
VisaFlo Review Mode is a read-only review environment for any VisaFlo case. It allows teams, clients, or external partners to see everything without being able to change anything.
When a case enters Review Mode:
- Reviewers can scroll through every answer to Approve or Request Changes
- Approved answers appear in read-only format
- Changes Requested fields are notified to the clients for editing
How to Use Review Mode
- Open any questionnaire in VisaFlo
- Click “Enter Review Mode” from the dropdown beside “Autofill Now“
- System shifts to review mode
- Click Approve or Request Change for each section, question or document
- When approved, the field will be locked, and when requested changes, the client will get a notification.
- To return to editing mode, simply click “Exit Review Mode”
