Confirm the workspace and active subscription

Open Settings > Subscription and verify that you are in the intended company workspace. Review the active plan and status shown there. A user can be signed into the correct VisaFlo account but still be looking at a different company or role context than the one that has the expected feature.

Check recent changes

If a plan, payment method, or billing action was just updated, refresh the dashboard and return to Subscription settings before retrying. Confirm any billing-portal confirmation screen rather than assuming an action completed because the browser window closed.

Separate product access from client invoicing

A workspace subscription controls VisaFlo access. A client invoice or payment request is a separate matter workflow. Creating, paying, or editing a client invoice does not change the company’s product subscription state.

When to contact support

Contact support with the workspace name, affected feature, visible plan status, approximate time of the change, and screenshot. Do not include card numbers or other payment credentials.
