With VisaFlo, immigration professionals can now automatically populate the required fields within the IRCC’s online Representative Permanent Residence (PR) Portal, reducing the time spent on manual data entry and the potential for human errors. VisaFlo supports autofill for the Representative PR Portal and Express Entry workflows, with coverage continuing to expand across supported IRCC portals.
How VisaFlo's Online Portal Autofill Works:
- Create a Case on VisaFlo: Begin by setting up your client's case in VisaFlo, just as you would for any other application.
- Send Intake Form Link to Client: Share an easy-to-use, mobile-friendly intake form with your client.
- Client Submits Intake Form: The client provides all necessary information and submits the intake form.
- Review and Activate Autofill: You can review the submitted information and, with one click, activate VisaFlo’s autofill functionality.
- Autogenerate and Fill Application: VisaFlo will then auto-populate the relevant fields in the IRCC’s online Representative PR Portal, streamlining the process and ensuring accuracy.
