### A redesigned Client Portal

Clients can use a streamlined portal to view applications their firm has made visible, open assigned questionnaires, access signature requests, and read case updates. ### Milestone billing and Stripe payment workflows

Invoice workflows now support staged milestones, clearer payment-link actions, and payment status visibility. This helps firms collect fees at defined stages rather than managing each payment outside the case workflow. [Request an online payment](/knowledge-base/invoices/request-online-payment).

### Lead chatbot and richer lead intake

### Connected apps and CRM intake paths

* Mobile e-signing is easier to complete, including signature, initials, and date fields.
* Case and client pages now make related lead context and active case work easier to find.
