### Import cases from CSV

### More workspace API actions

The public workspace API expanded to support more record and case workflows, including file-related operations. [Explore the API](/knowledge-base/developers).

### Attach files to client invitations

When a client needs a document alongside a questionnaire invitation, teams can include relevant attachments directly in the invitation workflow.

### Recover a recent case change

Case history now offers a recovery action for eligible recent changes, helping teams correct an accidental update without rebuilding the case from memory.

### More complete signature requests
