### AI Drafts

### Case review and form progress

Case pages gained clearer review-oriented work surfaces and questionnaire progress information, helping teams see what remains before preparation work begins.

### Word document generation and custom case IDs

Teams can generate supported Word documents with format choices and use a more configurable case ID convention.

### Lead boards and workflow automation
