### Dedicated lead records and lead email templates

### Email from the case workspace

Case pages gained an email surface so staff can work with case communication alongside the record it relates to.

### Invoice visibility on cases and clients

Invoice lists are available from case and client work, making it easier to see relevant billing context while reviewing a relationship or matter.

### Import information from another case form

Teams can bring appropriate form data into a case from another case workflow instead of re-entering the same information manually.

* Questionnaire group headers make incomplete information easier to spot.
* Assignee controls are clearer in case and client tables.
* Arabic translation support was added for a more localized product experience.
