# Merge Files

> Combine selected PDF files into a single case document.

## Select the PDFs

Open the case and select **Files**. Select two or more PDF files, then choose **Merge** from the bulk actions. Review the selection carefully: the merged document follows the order shown in the merge dialog.

## Name and create the merged document

Set a clear file name and, where available, a description. Reorder the selected PDFs before confirming. VisaFlo creates the merged document in the case files; the source files remain available unless you remove them separately.

## Review before use

Open the merged PDF and check page order, readability, and all expected pages. This is especially important for forms, attachments, and documents with signatures.

## Troubleshooting

Merge is for PDF documents. If **Merge** is unavailable, confirm that at least two supported files are selected and that no file is still being uploaded or processed. Do not use a merged copy in a submission until it has been reviewed.
