# VisaFlo Help Center

> Set up your firm, understand VisaFlo's operating model, and run client work from lead intake through case completion.

VisaFlo gives immigration firms one operating system for lead intake, client records, case work, client collaboration, documents, and follow-through. Start with the product model, then follow the same sequence your firm uses to move an enquiry into a completed matter.

## Follow your firm's workflow

* **Set up your firm:** add the team, verify client-facing email, and prepare the first case materials in [Set Up Your Immigration Firm](/knowledge-base/workflows/set-up-your-firm).
* **Win and engage a client:** collect enquiries, qualify them, create the client, and request payment when appropriate in [Win and Engage a Client](/knowledge-base/workflows/win-and-engage-a-client).
* **Open and collect:** create the case, send the questionnaire, review answers, and organize evidence in [Open a Case and Collect Information](/knowledge-base/workflows/open-a-case-and-collect-information).
* **Prepare and submit:** generate documents or use supported autofill only after review in [Prepare, Review, and Submit](/knowledge-base/workflows/prepare-review-and-submit).
